What’s New in Breeva
A significant refresh that brings a new look, smarter tools, and faster performance across the platform – this help article walks you through the latest Breeva update. Whether you are a user, editor, or workspace admin, you can expect an improved workflow and new features.
New Navigation Layout
We heard your feedback and acted on it. The navigation has been restructured to make it clearer and more intuitive:
Create → now takes you directly to choose from existing creatives or templates
My Creatives → your personal creative library with all your creatives
Gallery → the new home for workspace-wide shared creatives, now renamed for clarity
For Users
A New Home for Breeva
Breeva has a brand-new home page. The redesigned start page gives you a clear, clean overview the moment you log in. There you can see your latest creatives and templates at a glance. Moreover, there is an improved search that comes with smart AI suggestions, which automatically generates relevant filters to help you discover content faster. However, filters can also be created and managed manually.
Introducing the Gallery
The Gallery it the new place for all company wide Creatives, shared with you and ready-to-use or ready-to-adapt.
Card View & List View in My Creatives
Your My Creatives section now lets you switch between a card view and a list view so you can browse your content the way that works best for you.
Improved User Experience
We updated the user experience and UI behaviour
Endless scroll when browsing through creatives and templates
Better search and filters
Improved UI on smaller screens
Right-Click Options And Many New Controls
A long-requested addition: right-clicking on creatives now opens a context menu with quick actions. Additionally, we've added many new controls — saving you time and extra clicks.
Heavily Increased Speed
We’ve made major performance improvements across the board. Expect a noticeably faster experience:
Page loading and modals are up to 3× faster
Live text input responds in real time
Preview loading is significantly quicker
For Editors
New Interface Settings
Editors can now customise the interface layout to match their workflow. Choose between three modes:
Gallery Focus prioritises browsing existing creatives
Balanced is an even split between templates and creatives
Template Focus puts templates front and center for a creation-first workflow
Bulk Select & Publish
You can now select multiple creatives at once in My Creatives and publish them in bulk — perfect for rolling out campaigns quickly and efficiently.
Updated Template Section
The template management experience has been overhauled. Editors can now configure all workspace templates in one place, making it easier to keep your template library organised and up to date.
Brand Kits
Brand Kits are here! A centralised place to manage your brand assets across the workspace. This includes the new Font Kits, which support:
Google Fonts
Adobe Fonts
Custom font uploads
History View
Editors now have access to a History View that shows which creatives have been created — including by which market or member. Great for keeping an overview across a distributed workspace.
For Workspace Admins
New & Improved Analytics
The Analytics section has been fully updated. Admins now have access to more detailed insights and new data points to better understand how the workspace is being used. This helps you make informed decisions and keep your teams on track.
